1 Introduction

The Terms of Use of the eRelations™ website (Website) include these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and any other terms and conditions that appear in or are linked to the Website.

Access to the website is conditional on:

  2. your payment, in full, of all fees and charges owed to eRelations™.

3 Licence and Use of the Site and Service

Use of the Website is subject to payment of the licence fees. On payment of the licence fees we will grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Website for your own internal business purposes strictly in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Information and services provided to you on the Website are provided personally to you and you agree not to re-sell or make available this information and services to any other person or business without our written permission. Where the law implies a warranty into these Website Terms and Conditions which may not lawfully be excluded, eRelations™'s liability for breach of such a warranty shall be limited to supplying the services again or payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

The materials displayed on this website, including without limitation all editorial materials, information, photographs, illustrations, artwork and other graphic materials, and names, logos and trademarks, are the property of eRelations™ and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. 10 Interference with website

You must not attempt to change, add to, remove, deface, hack or otherwise interfere with this website or any material or content displayed on the eRelations™ website.

11 Breach and termination

If you breach these Conditions of Use (including the non-payment of fees) we may temporarily suspend or permanently prevent your access to all or certain parts of the Site. This is in addition to other remedies at law.

12 General

12.1 Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the State of Queensland, Australia. In the event that a dispute arises from these Website Terms and Conditions, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

12.2 Severable

The provisions of these Terms and Conditions are severable and if any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision may be removed and the remaining provisions will be enforced.

12.3 Non-waiver

Our failure to act with respect to a breach of these Terms and Conditions by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

12.4 Entire Understanding

These Terms and Conditions set out the entire understanding and agreement between you and us with respect to its subject matter.
